Garth Williams, former creative director of the tech lab and creative agency Obscura Digital, has released a series of aluminum prints that look like clouds floating through the cosmos. The reality could not be more different. He achieved this effect by dropping colored ink into a body of water and taking photographs in 12k resolution while manipulating the ink clouds.
He calls his work,
“portraits of natural phenomena that serve as a testament to the timeless forces perpetually in motion around us.”
